Creamy Frozen Fudgsicles
adapted from Chocolate Covered Katie
Ingredients are “per banana”:
1 tbsp cocoa powder1/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
small pinch salt
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
sweetener of choice, to taste (stevia, agave, etc.)
Directions:
- Combine all items in a blender.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze, recipe makes 2-3 pops.
- To remove fudgsicles, run under room-temp water for about 15 seconds, then gently wiggle/twist.
